Polished concrete is our flagship specialty. Done right, it lasts decades, a sealed, smooth, mirror-grade surface that holds up to traffic, sunlight, and South Florida humidity. Done wrong, it dulls in months.
The difference is in the prep. Most contractors will polish a concrete floor with one or two grind passes. We run six to seven. Each pass uses progressively finer diamond pads, opening the surface, removing the cream layer, leveling imperfections, and finally bringing the slab to a refractive shine. Border details are hand-finished. Sealer goes on a surface that's ready for it.
